We recently celebrated the grand opening of Diamond College Park!
This multi-family project has brought 50 affordable housing units and 10 market-rate units to the city of College Park. The tenants have access to amenities such as a gallery, fitness center, and community garden, among others.
We take so much pride in working on projects that help combat the housing crisis and give individuals opportunities to grow and integrate into their communities.

Karis has been our incredible intern since June of 2023. She has had her hand in multiple projects, including Oaks AL, Grange Castle, Athens Flats, and Trilith Studios, among others. We unfortunately have to say goodbye (for now) to Karis as she returns to finish her 5-year architecture program at University of Kansas; she will be graduating in May! Before leaving, Karis gave the office a presentation on the research she has been doing behind the scenes for school that reflects her interests in creating a better experience in pediatric facilities.

The studio team has been working hard finishing up the latest phase down at Trilith! Phase 5 is largely complete. This phase is comprised of 8 stages in 5 buildings ranging from 20k SF to 40k SF (totaling 190k SF) and two 50k SF workshops. These are the 24th thru 31st stages at Trilith. Trilith has already secured a new feature film who will be the first production to use much of the newly finished space.

The Wescott is a 4 story, 120-unit market rate senior apartment complex located on 4.28 acres in Canton, Georgia. Residents have access to amenities such as a pool, outdoor pavilion, cabana, first floor lounge, fitness room, and a sky lounge with an outdoor patio and fireplace. The total square footage of this building is 167,863 Gross SF and has a unit mix of 1 bedroom and one bath units, two bedroom and two bath units, and two bedroom and two bath units.

Rivers Edge is a 3-story 156-unit multi-family apartment complex with a community center and pool located in Dacula, Georgia. The unit mix consists of one bedroom/one bath units, two bedroom/two bath units, and 3 bedroom/two bath units in 6 buildings.
Shirean and Savanna went out on site on a cold and rainy day to check the progress of construction.
