BlueStar Studios is currently in Phase I of construction. Located in historic Fort Gillem, a former military base, in the city of Forest Park, Georgia, Phase I of this studio project consists of repurposing existing structure and creating two 20,000 square foot stages. There will be at least two more phases to this project. The design team and project architect, Allen Collins, have taken care to preserve the architectural legacy of the historic buildings and repurpose them to create new life for this facility.

Jessyca and Eric are expecting a baby girl! We are so excited to meet Elyza Juniper Johnson. We celebrated the expecting parents by enjoying delicious food prepared in customized baby jars and playing games like pin the pacifier on the baby, diaper pong, sniff the diaper, and charades! Congratulations Jessyca and Eric; you two will be amazing parents!

Rivers Edge is a 3-story 156-unit multi-family apartment complex with a community center and pool located in Dacula, Georgia. The unit mix consists of one bedroom/one bath units, two bedroom/two bath units, and 3 bedroom/two bath units in 6 buildings. 
Shirean and Savanna went out on site on a cold and rainy day to check the progress of construction. 

Ocala Apartments is a 264 unit market-rate project located in Ocala, Florida. This project includes a clubhouse, pool, and courtyard that are aligned on a central axis. The unit mix consists of 1 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 2 bath, 3 bed 2 bath, and studios. Additional amenities include a fitness center, streaming studio, coffee bar, and dog park.
